Our PortaMail is the ultimate take on the airmail box. This concept ditches the huge open box with double braced folding legs in the most portable version on the market. The design follows in the footsteps of our premium boards built entirely from baltic birch which is one of the highest grade plywood available. All components are cut in house using an industrial grade cnc router which allows us to efficiently produce the most consistent and quality product possible.

BALTIC BIRCH SPECIFICATIONS:
We source only B/BB exterior grade baltic birch which means there are no large patches on the face of your boards. It also means the glue within was designed to handle exterior elements unlike the materials available from local stores, distributors, and cabinet supply companies. Many competitors use baltic birch but the reality is they are purchasing interior cabinet grade material which costs substantially less than its exterior counterpart. If exterior grade isn't specified than it's most likely not. Baltic birch utilizes more core layers than other plywood making it one of the most dimensionally stable on the market.
