These
sets are set aside due to inventory changeover, misprint, scratch and
dent, or aesthetic reasons. Most common is a minor print misalignment, a
design that wasn't correct for our customer, patches on the face or
blemishes in the finish that we don't believe will affect gameplay.

-PREMIUM BOARDS-
Our premium boards were designed and built to meet and/or exceed ALL regulation standards. They are built entirely from baltic birch which is one of the highest grade plywood available. Our premium boards incorporate a 3/4" frame with 5/8" top to create our ideal quality to weight ratio. All components are cut in house using an industrial grade cnc router which allows us to efficiently produce the most consistent and quality product possible.
We source only B/BB exterior grade baltic birch which means there are no large patches on the face of your boards. It also means the glue within was designed to handle exterior elements unlike the materials available from local stores, distributors, and cabinet supply companies. Many competitors use baltic birch but the reality is they are purchasing interior cabinet grade material which costs substantially less than its exterior counterpart. If exterior grade isn't specified than it's most likely not. Baltic birch utilizes more core layers than other plywood making it one of the most dimensionally stable on the market.
