All components are cut in house using an industrial grade cnc router.

We source only exterior grade baltic birch which means the glue within was designed to handle exterior elements unlike the materials available from local stores, distributors, and cabinet supply companies. Baltic birch utilizes more core layers than other plywood making it one of the most dimensionally stable on the market.
