Damaged or Missing Shipments

If you receive an item with damage please hold on to it and the original packaging. Contact us directly via email [email protected] so that we can assist you in correcting the issue.  Please be sure to include the order number in the subject line.

What We Will Need:

-Description of the damage and how many items are damaged

-Whether you are interested in keeping the product or are requesting a replacement

-Min. of 2 photos showing the damage and overall item that is damaged

-Min. of 2 photos showing the packaging including an overall photo with the shipping label and damage to the packaging


Shipping Locations

At this time Get Outside Games ships merchandise to locations within the United States. If you are interested in having items shipped outside of the United States please contact us using the form on our website or direct email.

Return Policy

You can return products for a full refund less original shipping charges or actual charges incurred by seller for up to 30 days from the date of delivery. Please note that the shipping charges we incur may exceed the amount reflected on your order. This excludes custom orders, including but not limited to products with customization, logos, and finish options.  These items are non-refundable.  However, if the customer and Get Outside Games agrees to a return of a custom order, under extenuating circumstances, the product will be subject to a minimum of a 20% return fee. Any product you return must be in new or the same condition you received it and in its original packaging. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the product(s). Please note that bundled items need to be returned with all components for a full refund unless other arrangements have been agreed upon by Get Outside Games.  By purchasing through our store, you agree to and accept this return policy.
